I personally don't care, but I'd suggest not doing it, for your own benefit.
If you're bad enough, you'll get suspended. If you're horrible, you'll get banned (meaning everything you've ever contributed to fanpop will be removed).

Even if you're clever enough to bother people without breaking any rules, you'll still get a handful of people on your back because of it. Even after bạn stop, they won't stop.
It depends of who's here at the time, but you'll most likely get a group of kids posting all over your wall, calling bạn stupid in really "clever" ways (ex: You're a new brand of stupidity, aren't you?).
It's happened before to people who are just simply a little annoying.
