Does anyone there have tips on how to lose weight much faster without exercise?

I'm not really engaged in vigorous physical activities. But I can do house chores and Non--exercise Activity Thermogenesis. But I'm still looking for other ways on how to lose weight much faster.

Based on my like 10 phút of research, vegetables, dairy, and nuts seem to be your best bet.

Increase your protein intake and lift weights. It will help build a small amount of muscle which can give a skinnier form thêm shape.

I heard from most people that Appeton can help. Try to research it. Also eating lots of fruits but not too much can also help, they're a great weight gain alternative than those high calorie thuyền mành, rác rưởi, rác foods. Also eat moderate amount of nuts and use good oils for cooking. And also do not exercise that much just minor like walking if bạn still prefer to have a physical activity. Well, I think that's it?

Yeah. My sugar cravings gets worse when I'm lacking in sleep. Well, I need thêm naps.
