Actually, 'learnt' is quite commonly đã đưa ý kiến in British English, while 'learned' is thêm common in American English. Both are correct :P

Well,generally I've noticed British people pronounce it as a three syllable word with emphasis on the hard 'u' whilst Americans pronounce it as a two syllable word with a soft 'w' sound.
