I can't sleep AT. ALL. I need help! What are some techniques for me so I can go to sleep naturally? Also best answer gets 5 props.

Well I don't think it's just cheese, i think just dairy in general can help bạn sleep. So milk, yogurt, ect.

bạn tense, hold it tensed up for about five-ten seconds, then relax. It helps bạn concentrate on relaxing all of your muscles, as some are tense without bạn even knowing; it's kind of like a check-over, gets bạn to relax very completely.

Try to make sure they're inside, (unless they're outdoor cats) because otherwise they might wake bạn up wanting to get in. I would also recommend closing your door.
