Do British people and Americans look different?


I've heard lots of "British people are ugly while Americans are not" And "The British are so much thêm attractive than Americans" but i'm just wondering if there really are not many physical differences, hoặc do they look like two different breeds of dogs? Are Brits just thinner and paler?

well, i'm half brittish and get told bởi every one i've got a brittish accent when i haven't even been to england before. it sorta gets annoying after a while but everyone says its cool... it really weird.
