Pop-out?!

This thing is a little tab on the left on my screen. It's green, and it just appeared there, like two days ago. When I click it, it shows my most active clubs. Whut? Where the heck did it come from?!

There's two các câu lạc bộ on there that I got huy chương in, but don't ever visit.. Yeah, I wish bạn could pick them. :/
