pissed off right now and i want to get my anger out. tried everything but it only helps for a while. HELP

Go for a run and listen to some music. Physical activity gets all the energy out of your body and, along with the music, helps with the fluctuating emotions. Don't worry, your hormones will leave bạn alone before long. ;)
