- This is someone else baby than daniel is babysitting.

Theory number 2, I don't think that Dan and Vanessa are gonna just go with keeping the baby and become a holy crap family. They both good person, and smart enough to use a condom.

Georgina told Dan, that she is in pregnant and Dan is a father (but probably this is a lie, I think that Dan isn't a father). But stupid Dan think that it is his baby and to prepare for being a father (xD) he care of someone else's child.
