Do any of bạn take cold showers especially on/after a VERY hot day?

I don't usually take entirely cold showers, but on a hot ngày hoặc after a serious workout, I usually turn the hot off and splash myself with freezing water for the last một phút hoặc so. Refreshing as hell.
