Are there ANY thực phẩm challenges bạn would like/want to take on?

In my case the one type of thực phẩm challenges I want to take on are HOT, SPICY thực phẩm challenges as I ENJOY/LOVE hot, spicy foods and tổng thể considered myself to be a bona-fide chilehead. At the same time I gotta have AND need my spice in my life
