whats difference between hallucination and delusion?

Hallucinations are usually just tricks of the senses. bạn might hear hoặc see something that isn't there.
Delusions are ideas that are not true. Like how bạn might have a delusion of being watched when bạn really aren't hoặc bạn have a delusional idea that bạn can achieve something that is unachievable.
Both of these can be caused bởi some mental disorders.

Basically a hallucination is something that is perceived through the senses. bạn see something thats not there. bạn hear something thats not there. bạn feel/smell something thats not there.

A delusion is a belief that is not true. The God Complex is a delusion where bạn believe bạn are a god. hoặc maybe bạn believe bạn can fly. hoặc maybe bạn believe that there is always something watching you... .... like a duck.
