ACT. I wish I could help but I had the same problem, I don't even know how I passed.

I've taken the PSAT last năm and I am taking it tiếp theo week on the same day. Anyways,I try to relax the ngày before the test and before the test itself. I sometimes try to think of something else for a bit. It helps me. Don't rush because it's timed. Answer the các câu hỏi bạn know first and then get to the ones bạn don't. Yes, I've had quite a lot of exams - most recently, 12 in May/June. All bạn need to do is stay calm. Remember to breathe. If bạn don't understand a question, di chuyển on. Don't spend ages agonising over it. di chuyển on and continue through the paper, then go back and try the ones bạn left out again. Never leave a blank không gian - use process of elimination to guess the most likely answer. Don't panic, don't freak out. Keep an eye on the clock and figure out how much time bạn have left. bạn should try and complete a couple of practice papers beforehand so bạn have an idea of what bạn have to do in the time bạn have. Read the câu hỏi carefully at least twice.

Yeah, I've taken PSATs, SATs twice, and SAT subject tests once. Idk, they're really not that bad, just tedious and tiresome. Just don't get hung up on one question, especially in math. If bạn can't figure it out in a một phút skip it and come back if you've got time. *shrugs* It's just another test, don't freak out.
