Can bạn please help me?

My 3DS is fully charged. The blue light goes on, but after 4 giây it turns off without any sound hoặc light coming on. All I hear is a muffled sound when it turns off. Before sending it to be repaired, I want to know if any of bạn know any solutions. Thanks.
