Its very hard to describe... what exactly makes a person elegant? Well, it differs from person to person, depending on personal tastes. Meaning that it could be a wide range of things, depending on what exactly that person likes.
For example, i think that men with these qualities are elegant, pleasing perhaps; Tall, preferably dark hair, beautiful eyes, absolute sweetheart, looks good in a suit, looks good in anything really, nice voice.
Why do i like these qualities? Well its just my tastes. However, your tastes can be influenced bởi certain people. Although Elegance would likely mean that is what bạn prefer in a person, because it does mean "pleasing in appearance / personality.". They're the biggest sweethearts i have seen for celebrities.
