I'm American. There is no real national restriction although most people in America would shun bạn if bạn have a relationship before 12 hoặc so, which I suppose isn't too unreasonable.
My church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter ngày Saints tells me that I shouldn't ngày before 16, which is a rule I broke already. My first girlfriend was when I was 14 I think, either that hoặc 15. I can't remember.
