Do bạn guys know any ways to cure depression/help someone sleep better?

I think i may be depressed, i have most of the symptoms... and i cant sleep at all, im not really hungry at all either. I'll go to giường at 10pm but i wont fall asleep til 5am. I normally eat small lunches, and skip breakfast... than barely eat any bữa tối, bữa ăn tối =\

For sleeping, I don't really know anything to help bạn sleep. However, that's why the internet was created, so use it to your advantage to find a way for bạn to sleep.

^Well, that's for your case. Not everyone is the same. For some, it may work, but for others, it might not work.

I understand it's difficult and that some people mistake depression for sadness, so I get where you're coming from.

Sleep is usually the same... if bạn don;t have a specific sleep schedule set...then it's harder to fall asleep at scheduled times etc.

I don't eat breakfast either, but that's just because I am the opposite of a morning person and i'm definitely no morning eater. As for the depression....figure out what is depressing bạn (if bạn don't already know...) and then talk with someone about it who will listen and understand. (that should help :) )
