ok well depending on what ur going threw theres serton things to do. if its anger i usaully put some deep âm nhạc on and sit in my room and listen hoặc just like do something that takes energy like pushups. if ur sad i usaully writte what im feeling in diffrent ways. if im just stressed and confused i go away from people sit were its quiet and do things i enjoy my fav hobbies give my self time to cool down and get a fresh mind. if ur just like ahh just whatever i sleep. these r my ways of getting rid of issue. sorry ur feeling bad but we all have those days. hang in there. =)
