No, I do not hate Ginny. I don't know why everyone is so against her. To me she is a funny, likeable character and one my top favourites.

Seriously, why does everyone hate her so much?

I second what Mrs-Grint said. I actually like her a lot. Not so much that I love her, but she is one of my favorites :P

I don't really hate her (she's a fictional character after all) but she's very boring, annoying and only introduced to get laid by HP eventually.

I find her pretty annoying at times but I don't HATE her.

People mostly hate her because of Bonnie Wright (the girl who plays her) which I think is kinda stupid.

I've ALWAYS loved Bonnie Wright as an actress.. in the first 5 films, you can tell she's a good actress, even though she only has one or two lines. I was looking forward to her in Half Blood Prince but she was a BIG disappointment! If she acted how she acted in the first 5 films, then she would've been fine. The directors also gave her such cheesy lines, which doesn't help much.

But I liked Ginny in the book too. Dunno why everyone is against her.

I don't hate Ginny, I actually like her. I like how she develops as a character - she starts off shy, with a big crush on Harry, then takes Hermione's advice to date other guys, not be waiting out for Harry to notice her, be more relaxed and more herself around Harry. So Ginny starts to become more confident, lets her personality shine through, becomes more comfortable around Harry therefore Harry sees the real Ginny, the Ginny he comes to love. I think Ginny is a great character.

I really like her character.

i like ginny. she's cool. she's kinda like an idol for me, as she is shy at first but overcomes it, and i am also shy, so it gives me some hope of overcoming this boundary. she's also someone i've always wanted to look like, for reasons im not quite sure of. i suppose its her hair. i love red hair, but i really wouldn't suit it.

I don't hate Ginny because of Bonnie Wright thought.Its the character Ginny I hate.I think she's some sort of Mary Sue & a bitch starting HBP.Not to mention her roles aren't big enough in the major plot,she's like only in the book to be Harry's love interest.Before,I love her very much because I found her character is cute starting PS,now..

I like Ginny in the books, not really Bonnie as Ginny. Mongoose pretty much summed it up for me. lol
