Blair's nuptials?

1. Why is dowry so much? Blair is rich but apparently the dowry will drive her bankrupt. A dowry for a King can't be thêm than 5 million max (Princess Diana hoặc someone's was only 2 million). Louis isn't even from a large country where the dowry would be a lot. Besides is Blair form "Manhattans Elite" then how can't she afford the dowry?
