Well,It depends on your belief bạn know!Your friend đã đưa ý kiến it cause he/she thinks that this is true but according to me bạn can turn into mermaid whenever bạn want!Again I am saying this IT TOTALLY DEPENDS ON YOUR BELIEF & MENTALITY!:)

It depends on what bạn believe. For example, in a book a read, something really bad (like abuse) has to happen to bạn for bạn to turn into a mermaid.

If bạn believe it, then yes. But the belief haven't any borders ! ! !
