I see them on profiles but i'm scared to give someone one....
What's it for and what does it do?

It's meant to be a reward for good contributions. Say bạn like a video someone has uploaded, bạn post a bình luận on their tường about this and give a điểm thưởng for videos. Some people just add các điểm thưởng to all tường các bình luận though. Some of those at least try to see what the person has contributed, and give relevant các điểm thưởng even if the message isn't điểm thưởng related.

Don't xóa the điểm thưởng in your wall, I did that once and I Mất tích my props.

Do bạn mean xóa the tường post containing the prop, unknown99? I guess that would xóa the điểm thưởng too.
