I'm not able to đăng tải pictures anymore. How can I resolve the problem?

Every time I try to đăng tải a photo, I fail. I complete all the sectors, I click "All Done!", but the bức ảnh doesn't appear in the Photos' section.
Recently I have the same problem with the Fanarts' section.
I'm only able to uplaod Icons. There isn't something wrong with my computer because I can reply on các diễn đàn with images, too.
I contacted directly Fanpop, asking to resolve my problem already two times, but nothing happened.
I'm the owner of a club and I can't update it adding pictures!
I see that các bức ảnh can be uploaded in other clubs, so it isn't forbidden, that's why I think it's just my problem.
Does anybody know how can I resolve it? Is there another way to contact the administrators?
