Finally, my "Top 10 Classic Animated Disney Movies" is finished! Why would such a simple danh sách take thêm than an giờ to write? Because I had to watch all the phim chiếu rạp on the danh sách to determine an official order, of course. That's totally normal, right? That's what the voices in my head tell me. ;D

#1 - Peter Pan (1953)
A girl being forced to grow up is visited bởi an orphan and his pixie friend who whisks her and her brothers away to a fantaisie land filled with mermaids, Indians, pirates and orphans dressed in adorable animal costumes.

Wendy was nuts for wanting to come home. There, I đã đưa ý kiến it. Aside from the island in Swiss Family Robinson, Neverland has always been my yêu thích Disney location. It's just flat-out beautiful. (I might just admire Mermaid Lagoon from a distance, though.) I tình yêu Peter Pan for its great classic animation, the old time-y music, the fun characters, and the fun villains. Peter Pan everything a Disney movie should be.

There's just something about the quality and authenticity of an old family movie that can't be replicated nowadays.

Disney produced a looot of great live-action and hybrid phim chiếu rạp over the years, but they always seem to get overshadowed bởi the animated ones. (Not to knock the animated movies, I have a danh sách of those on the way too.) Here are my hàng đầu, đầu trang 10 live action and hybrid classics, for that good old fashioned Disney feel:

#1 - Candleshoe (1977)
Starring: Jodie Foster, Helen Hayes, David Niven, Leo McKern, and Vivian Pickles
Casey Brown is a parentless delinquent living in Los Angeles with a foster family who sells her to a con man for a few hundred bucks. The con man plans to use her to tìm kiếm an English manor named Candleshoe for hidden treasure, bởi convincing the sweet old lady who lives there that Casey is her long-lost granddaughter.

Candleshoe was part of a two-movie deal that Jodie Foster signed with Disney, and is often overlooked in favor of Freaky Friday. Freaky Friday is also a great movie, but I'll get to that later.

Ah, the câu hỏi that everyone who has stumbled upon this spot has surely asked themselves. It's been asked in phiếu bầu form multiple times. There have been many discussions on the subject.

The spot khẩu hiệu defines a Disney Classic as "anything before the Pixar era", making the cutoff 1996, when Toy Story premiered.

Most of the picks/polls about the subject have Pocahontas (1995) hoặc Tarzan (1998) in the lead.

Some những người hâm mộ believe that only the films on the official danh sách of Disney Animated Classics are true classics.

Truth is, there is no definite answer, because a Disney Classic means something different to everyone. A classic is what bạn grew up with. My classics are different than yours, just as yours are probably different from your parents' and the young ones in your life. I'm sure that kids who are growing up with Nữ hoàng băng giá and Moana right now will one ngày look back at those as classics.

What I enjoy about Disney Classics is the familiarity. I've seen my các sở thích hundreds of times. Maybe even thousands. I could probably recite most of the scripts to my hàng đầu, đầu trang three hoặc four from memory. I know all the lyrics to my...

A Disney Tale: Jiminy Cricket introduces two tales - Bongo the chịu, gấu (a slightly disturbing tale of tình yêu in the chịu, gấu community) and Mickey and the Beanstalk (a Disney version of the well-known fairytale).

Disney Hero: With two 'films' in this package feature we have two main heroes. First up is Bongo. Bongo is a circus chịu, gấu who runs away to the forest and meets the tình yêu of his life. Bongo never speaks in his film. He is dressed in a jacket, bow tie and hat and runs the full gamut of emotions. In the một giây film, we have three 'heroes' - Mickey, Donald and Goofy who all fulfill the role of Jack in this version of Jack and the Beanstalk.

Disney Heroine: In Bongo, the titular chịu, gấu falls in tình yêu with Lulubelle, a female chịu, gấu from the forest. She forms part of a tình yêu tam giác with another bear, Lumpjaw. She is also instrumental in an aspect of this film which I found rather uncomfortable to watch - the slapping courtship. In Doctor Who there was some minor furore surrounding the slapping instigated bởi the main characters - the Doctor, Rory and Amy. There were cries of domestic abuse in the way Rory was being slapped and how if the roles were reversed...

Why are so many of your mothers either dead hoặc of the evil step-mother variety, Disney? I had to dig a little to come up with this list, but behold! 5 great motherly figures from Classic Disney movies!

#5 - Wendy Darling (Peter Pan)
Voiced bởi Kathryn Beaumont, 1953
A mother is someone who cares for you. Wendy certainly does that for her brothers, and for a while, the Mất tích Boys too. She has a vivid imagination, and encourages her brothers to be creative and to have fun. At home, she tells stories of Peter Pan and Neverland. Once in Neverland, she tells the boys about their mother so they don't forget her. Wendy knows what the young ones need to hear, and she dutifully delivers.

#4 - Lady St. Edmund (Candleshoe)
Played bởi Helen Hayes, 1977
Lady St. Edmund isn't actually related to any of the children who call her Grandmother. She lives in a big estate with lots of extra room, so some children from a local crowded orphanage came to live with her. The 4 children call her Grandmother, and get very defensive of their...

A Disney Tale: A poor woodcutter, Geppetto, wishes on a ngôi sao that his wooden puppet boy could be alive. A blue fairy grants his wish and the puppet, Pinocchio, is được trao life. On a series of adventures, he learns about right and wrong on his journey to becoming a real, human boy.

Disney Heroine: There is no real 'heroine' in this story and in fact, the only female characters are the Blue Fairy and Cleo the fish.

Disney Hero: Pinocchio is the 'hero' of the story, in as much as he is the main character. His heroic actions, though, don't really occur until the final act of the film where is saves Geppetto from the belly of Monstro the Whale. He is an interesting character. Gullible to a fault, naive and innocent, he only narrowly escapes various terrible fates through the efforts of Jiminy Cricket and the Blue Fairy. Were it not for them he would either be Stromboli's captive hoặc transformed into a donkey and working in a salt mine. He is, though, much thêm endearing than Snow White as a main character. He is like the naughty child bạn can't help but have a soft spot for, particularly as the audience knows its the evil adult characters who are responsible for...

A Disney Tale: A young princess narrowly avoids death on the command of her evil stepmother. She shacks up with a group of mining dwarves but the stepmother finds her and puts her to sleep with a poisoned apple. The dwarves put her inside a glass coffin until a prince comes and kisses her, releasing her from the spell to live happily ever after.

Disney Heroine: Snow White is the first Disney princess, but having viewed this around the same time as Lọ lem and Sleeping Beauty (my daughter is going through a Disney Princess phase) I would argue that those princesses are what we think of when we talk about Disney Princesses. Lọ lem and Aurora are twee and feminine, but Snow takes it to the extreme. She is far too twee for my tastes, talking to the animals, cleaning and cooking for the dwarves and fawning over the first man she sets eyes on. I'm also not sure how old she is supposed to be. Apparently she is supposed to be 14 which is an increase from the original fairy tale where she is around 7, an age deemed too young for the story's plot. Quite why 14 is a thêm acceptable age for a young girl to go off with the first man she meets (and hardly exchanges two words...

I thought the TV hiển thị Once A Upon A Time would be a good hiển thị to get into since ABC is owned bởi Disney, I thought it would give me something in common with other people my age. We can't get Netflix however, so I had to buy them from Target costing me over $50 for just the first two seasons. I am almost six seasons behind. To my surprise I liked the Belle and Rumple episode, though Belles eye color is wrong. They call Captain Hook Captain Swan, he is abusive towards Emma Swan. The adults in the group knew the teens in the group got into an argument with the few adults in the group, including me. I just tried to get the teens to use Google bởi themselves. I just got tired of the changes to the Disney phim chiếu rạp for Adults. Disney's Descendants is better. It asks "Nature hoặc Nurture?" The worst part is not all Oncers are accepting of LGBTQ people Howard Ashmon was gay, he died of ADIS in 1991. I FEEL loss in Once Upon A Time. NO ONE else seemed to. I think Disney should hủy bỏ it. It is too dark and sad. The những người hâm mộ can be as young as five. I feel hurt, because Disney is supposed to protect these characters, and young minds. If bạn tình yêu Disney STAY AWAY from Once Upon A Time.

Roger Rabbit will never be the same without you, Eddie Valiant. Other roles that Bob Hoskins played was Mario Mario in the Super Mario Bros. Movie. In 2012, He went to retirement from Parkinson's disease and died from Pneumonia on April of 2014. R.I.P. Bob Hoskins (1942-2014) bạn will be missed :'(

THIS IS VERY URGENT AND NOT A JOKE! ALSO DON'T GOOF OFF!!!!

I really mean it! What would bạn be able to do if SOPA/TPP censors the internet? What would bạn be able to do if nghề viết văn fanfics and drawing fanarts become illegal? What would bạn do if it's illegal to do a cover of your yêu thích song on YouTube? What would bạn do if downloading things from the internet (music, movies, TV episodes, etc) became illegal? What would bạn do if SOPA/TPP wins the war and takes away internet freedom? Net Neutrality is already dead so far, we can't risk the freedom of internet from getting killed bởi SOPA/TPP!

SOPA may have been stopped, but large companies with many copyrights are trying to re-institute portions of it under other names and policies. This attempt to protected speech in the name of copyright is unacceptable, and must be resisted.

This bài viết is about my yêu thích Disney cartoon show. It's about this crazy yellow, spotted, long-tail marsupial that lives in the jungle. His name is Marsupilami. He lives with his purple gorilla friend: Maurice. Marsupilami can do anything with his long-tail. And his enemy is Norman. Marsupilami can speak (and he does not only say "HOUBA!") Maurice is a silent character. He is a purple gorilla in a màu hồng, hồng shirt. Now, bạn might remember this Saturday Morning series Disney did that aired NBC-TV in 1992 called "Raw Toonage." Now, Raw Toonage was a variety animated show. It was hosted bởi various Disney characters. And bạn have three shorts such as: Bonkers, Totally Tasteless Videos, and my yêu thích one: Marsupilami. I always tình yêu this Disney character. He is so awesome. And I tình yêu Steve Mackall (The voice of Marsupilami).

"Remember Me, Eddie? When I killed your twin-brother, I talked JUST....LIKE....THISSS!"
I was looking at the review of Nostalgia Critic review on "The hàng đầu, đầu trang 11 Most Scariest Moments in Kids Movies." I know Number 11 was The Wizard of Oz: The Wicked of the West throws ngọn lửa, chữa cháy into the forset. "Wanna Play Ball?" Number 10 was the tunnel scene in "Charlie and the Sô cô la Factory", and so on... But I really wanted Number 1 to be The True form of Judge Doom from this classic Disney movie: "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" When Judge Doom had the burning red eyes and a high-pitched voice. This scene is the most scariest scene in a kids movie. This Disney film was about a detective named Eddie Valiant who is on the mission to see who framed a rabbit named Roger. Judge Doom killed Marvin Acme, R.K. Maroon, and Eddie Valiant's twin brother. Judge Doom created a poison liquid called "The Dip." I know the saddest Disney moments in this film is Eddie Valiant telling Roger Rabbit a sad tale on how his twin-brother was killed bởi a toon.

Like with the saddest Disney Moments it's hard to come up with a danh sách of my yêu thích Disney Characters, these 3 are the only ones I'm sure about so here we go :)

3. Tigger
I've loved him ever since I was a child, he always makes me laugh and feel better, I'm basing my rank mainly on The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh since it's a classic, but I tình yêu him in the later phim chiếu rạp too. I tình yêu how he doesn't want to stop bouncing around despite the fact that Rabbit wants to stop him from doing it. My yêu thích scene is when he meets Pooh for the first time, it always makes me laugh. It makes me happy that he got his own movie though I have to say I tình yêu all the Winnie The Pooh characters, but he's my yêu thích because I can relate to him the most. He's only number 3 because I haven't seen the phim chiếu rạp in such a long time, however I think he's a very memorable character, so the main reason to the number 3 placement is because I prefer the 2 above

2. The Cheshire Cat

There are many scenes in Disney phim chiếu rạp that makes me cry, but I don't really have a danh sách of where they are except for these three moments, I've always founded these moments to be the saddest. Now I did forgot some famous sad moments, but these moments are quite well known so I hope bạn won't feel too disappointed over that I forgot some moments and also this is my first bài viết here so feedback is appreciated.

3. Dumbo visits his mother
It was wrong to lock in Dumbo's mother in jail just because she tried to protect him from those kids that bullied him for his big ears. This scene makes me sad because first of all the song is so sad because during the song we see all the other động vật with their kids, they're a family, but Dumbo can't be with his mother for not even 10 minutes. This makes me think of all the children in our world that has a parent in jail, they must feel sad over not being with them for so long. It's not higher because the other 2 moments are death scenes

Herc was on a roll
Person of the week in every Greek opinion poll
What a pro
Herc could stop a show
Point him at a monster and you're talking SRO
He was a no one
A zero, zero
Now he's a honcho
He's a hero
Here was a kid with his act down pat
From zero to hero in no time flat
Zero to hero just like that (snaps)

When he smiled
The girls went wild with
Oohs and aahs
And they slapped his face
On ev'ry vase
(On ev'ry "vahse")

From appearance fees and royalties
Our Herc had cash to burn
Now nouveau riche and famous
He could tell you
What's a Grecian urn?

Say amen
There he goes again
Sweet and undefeated
And an awesome 10 for 10
Folks lined up
Just to watch him flex
And this perfect package

I cant take it anymore. Just cant. Pixar is not the almighty everything of cartoon animation. I grew up with the Walt Disney era and Renaissance era classics, NO COMPUTER animation. Yet every single fricken animated movie that comes out today, is compared to PIXAR, hoặc god forbid ( The Lion King) which is also severely overrated. I don't hate PIXAR, hoặc Lion King, BUT I do hate that other animated phim chiếu rạp that get released that are just as enjoyable, hoặc thêm in my opinion are always compared. hoặc that the classics I grew up are now forgotten because everything is PIXAR. NO...Disney is King and always will be. Critics need to remember that. Dreamworks, Illumination, Sony, Blue Sky have also released fantastic movies, that deserve to be reviewed on their own merit and not always compared to PIXAR. Even all the Disney Princesses that I tình yêu dearly are getting bashed now, because of BRAVE- " WE are releasing a princess who does everything herself, and needs no prince" - fine and dandy. But most of the Princesses I grew up loving were very proactive as well, and didn't just sit around having tea- letting people make decisions for them. Ariel didn't let her dad control her life, Jasmine...
