My nose... falling down the stairs. So embarrassing!
I was 10 years old at the time and I've had a permanent bump since. At least the bump isn't so noticeable unless I point it out to people :-(

Haha it is funny... well since it's many years later. At the time it was really painful.
And you want to know what makes it even more ridiculous? I was in a costume at the time. It was Halloween and a lot of the kids in my grade dressed up for school that day- so I was in a french maid costume (that kind that's appropriate for a 10 year old... not the slutty kind of french maid costume- i.e. Brooke in season 8) and I went flying down the stairs and landed on my face in my stupid french maid costume.
It was probably one of my most embarrassing moments! lol

I'm amazed I've only had one break in my life. I've sprained my ankles so many times i can't even keep track!

But ummm yeah, when i was 2 1/2 i broke me left foot.

Never, but that's a dream I have.
This sounds weird but, that's something typical of an athlete, so I always wanted to have a break bone.
But I dislocated my arm when I was dancing breakdance a few years ago and it still hurts.

Never and I hope it won't happen to me.
