I was lucky enough to catch it on tour in Oklahoma City back in June. First musical I've ever been too. I was not disappointed! Great music and a wonderful cast. I even got my tour book signed by half a dozen cast members!
I've only seen it once, but I'm dieing to see it again!! The whole show was just amazing!! I saw it in Chicago so the cast was really good since they probably had lots of experience on Broadway. Through out the Whole show I was filled with awe and never once was I board or wanted to get up and move around (which is odd for a 13 year old). And again it was truly amazing and I would love to see it again.
TWICE!! I wanted to see Kerry Ellis' (she playes Elphaba in the UK version) last performeance but my parents wouldn't let me because it's in the middle of my GCSEs :(
I might get to see it on broadway this summer though :)
i really really really really want to see it!:( i have never seen a musical before even though i love them!!!lol its cuz i live in northearn ireland and the tours never come over there!:(
I WANT TO SEE IT SO BADLY AND MY MOM KEEPS HOGGING THE BOOK SO I HAVEN'T READ IT. BUT I HAVE LISTENED TO ALL OF THE SONGS AND MY FRIEND BASICALLY EXPLAINED THE WHOLE SHOW (WITH NO SPOILERS)
Not yet, but I hope to when the Australian version comes to Adelaide in April. I am devastated not to have to chance to see the original with Idina and Kristin D:
Sadly no, but I have the soundtrack. I have listened to it so many times, and I also own the Grimmerie (a book about the play). I have also read all three books.
