Would this be a glitch?

Okay this is what happened I was playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team and well I was Articuno at Mt.Blaze and well I was in the ngọn lửa, chữa cháy just minding my own buisness then I saw two Rapidash and well they were going in the same direction following each other then well there was thêm Rapidash when I moved another one would tham gia them in the same direction they were going in a rectangle connstantly.
Would this be a glitch?
