Belicous and Sirenia had to do what they needed to do and when she got angry she wanted to destroy and rebirth Equestria. They unlocked the ultimate power and put her in stone. She was taken the Equestrain core (Like Earths core) and set in stone. She kept Equestria held together in the core while ponies above laughed and played not knowing a single thing happened.
She...that pony...was Queen Sakura. And she wants her revenge....NOW....
