ok i hate to say that madara is stronger but i think its true, plus i heard madara's immortal.. (i love itachi better though)

I believe Itachi was stronger than Madara. In chapter 397, Madara states
"Fortunatly, I managed to keep a few secrets, even from him. If I hadn't, I'd be dead right now."

All Itachi lacked was a some information on Madara - if Madara hadn't kept it from him, Itachi could definatly have beaten him.

I think Itachi is stronger. If Madara is stronger than Itachi, then why did Madara keep his identity hidden from Itachi. Note that he didn't reveal his identity til AFTER Itachi died.

Madara was scared of Itachi he had to hide his presence and he said Itachi would have killed him, oh and the Immortality thing doesnt work if they are fighting another Uchiha, it even said only another Uchiha can destroy an Uchiha!!!!

Well,we can't say...after all,we did never see them fight,so we cant judge.But,i think Madara is stronger.If itachi was stronger,then he would have killed him at the first place when he discovered his existence.But Itachi is still my most admired Naruto character :)
