I mean it's says that he wanted to give hermione the blackthorn wand an he have Hers.

And no, I don't think he was being unfair. They were hiding out from Death Eaters, Snatchers, and Voldemort. They were taking turns staying up and keeping watch. Hermione keeping her wand and still making Harry take watch would have been selfish and dangerous.

Why would he have been unfair? Harry never wanted to take Hermione's wand, he wanted his own wand back. They stated that about 10 million times. Harry only took Hermione's wand when he was on the watch. That wouldn't have worked without a wand. They were wizards, see.
