What I just described are the clear symptoms of Fanpopitis. Visitors become users who eventually become addicts! We've come to know so many great Fanpoppers since we launched the site back in August of 2006 and it's been growing ever since. We just want to make sure people get recognized for successfully bringing a new member to the fanpop family.
We know that not everyone uses webmail anymore and a lot of people communicate with their Những người bạn through social networks. Now bạn can easily invite hoặc tell your Những người bạn about fanpop through your yêu thích social networks like MySpace, Facebook, Friendster, Orkut, and Hi5! bạn can message specific Những người bạn (or all your friends!), post a bulletin, hoặc just throw up a shoutout about Fanpop. The best part is that bạn never have to leave the site to do it! bạn can do all of this right in the comfort and safety of your own fanpop profile. :)
To get to the address book and social network invite feature, just click on the "Invite Friends" link in the navigation bar up hàng đầu, đầu trang hoặc click on the link in the yellow module on your thông tin các nhân page.

Im on fanpop everyday now, (like loads of other user's....im addicted!) I feel i have made a load of new friends, some a lot younger than me, some my own age and some slightly older. I would really like it if we could all use our own pictures as our icon's for a week hoặc so as i would tình yêu to put a face to all the username's. I know a lot of bạn do use your own picture so this is just for the people like me who don't.

I'm human, and it's part of the human condition to avoid change. So I admit I get a little irritated when stuff on fanpop changes. I still haven't got used to the differences between the tìm kiếm bars on the site, for instance - every ngày I scratch my head, wondering why I get no results when I look for "Fanpop Users", until I realize that I was looking within the link instead of through the whole site (someday I'll get used to this.
