HELP: What kind of celebrity các bức ảnh we can đăng tải here on fanpop?

Please I want to protect my account from ban issue because posting các bức ảnh without copyrights would be a violation of fanpop's terms of service.
So I'd like to know what người nổi tiếng các bức ảnh are we allowed to đăng tải here on fanpop?
The fanpop team saying that we can not đăng tải các bức ảnh like the following examples:

- Paparazzi các bức ảnh (Photos from the following sources are generally from paparazzi: JustJared, TMZ, Hollywood Gossip, Perez Hilton, OMG, etc.)
- các bức ảnh on the set
- Behind-the-scenes candid photos
- các bức ảnh of người nổi tiếng shopping, at the airport, shopping, eating out, running errands, parties hoặc galas, walking around, going out, walking in the park, on vacation, etc.
- Red carpet, premiere hoặc after party photos
- Award hiển thị photos: Grammies, Oscars, Golden Globes, Teen Choice, MTV VMAs, CMAs, etc.
- Live buổi hòa nhạc các bức ảnh on stage
- Photoshoots hoặc photocalls
- Conference các bức ảnh

Because honestly... who would pay for the rights to post them? I know sites of galleries - and there the các bức ảnh are marked with the name of that specific site - where the owners are buying that stuff to post it on their own site. But I've never seen normal members buying license for pics to post them.. If we đã đăng was only to share.. like I've seen a picture on tumbrl hoặc fb and I đã đăng it here.
If we can't do even this anymore.. I don't know what to say.. until now it wasn't this problem, maybe the rules have changed :(
