What is going on with the bài viết Section?????

This has been going on for a while (since the last year, in fact), but I first thought that is was just a glitch which would be corrected at one point hoặc another. Why isn't it possible any longer to have pictures in the middle of an article? And I'm not talking just about newer articles, all my older các bài viết are totally messed up because the pictures are in the wrong place. It seems to be a problem everyone has, but nobody seems to know, what is going on.
