Everyone stood, gaping at Mulan. Tiana's eyes flickered back and forth from Cinderella, Mulan and the spear. With that, she snapped her fingers, and the guard took Mulan. He called to another guard, who wrenched the spear out of Mulan's hand, snapped it in two, and threw it into the fireplace. Mulan was carted off, Mushu still hidden in the folds of her dress.

When a prisoner is taken, they're chained to the wall, limbs spread out in four directions, with their feet not touching the ground. Mulan was still hanging on the wall. But the chains were cut, and there was a noose around her neck.
