I also noticed while looking at stills of the movie, that the edges don't seem filled in. Like if bạn were to look at Snow White's hair, where the closer to the lines the drawing gets, the less ink is there. While in movement it's not really noticeable, but looking at stills... Aw, I'm so sad this left so early. It's got some of my yêu thích hand drawn animation. Users disagreed though, saying that they didn't like the màu sắc used and that it didn't stand out overall.

I really don't like the phim hoạt hình in this movie. But that's because, admittedly, I don't like the 1920s. Though I don't really mind the art deco sequence for "Almost There," I don't like the swamp scenes, and I don't really like Mardi Gra itself. Also, it is almost always nightfall and so dark throughout the movie... Then the characters have their weird cartoony issues, and Dr. Facilier is especially lanky and gecko-like. He, Ray, Lawrence, Naveen, and Mama Odie kind of are the parts of the phim hoạt hình that really look lackluster. It looks just like they threw something together. I'd also pick Brave, because of the large balloon-like heads ( Merida's included), and the dimensions of the "physical bodies" which are often way out of proportion to their facial features. And it seemed like a great effort was made to make everybody look ugly... except for Merida and Elinor. Why was that? To this day, I find that aspect very weird. ~wavesurf

The color scheme is so dull and dragged. There are couple of beautiful shots of bayou, esp the wedding but that's about it. Lọ lem is thêm generic and inconsistent, true, but it's still quite pretty, Lọ lem is one of the few rotoscoped characters who doesn't look creepy, the color scheme of blues and whites without being making it look like winter in a (presumably) warmer setting is nice. Mulan does have a pretty style, and it does look like Chinese illustrations, but the people besides Mulan and Shang tend to look cartoony and the color palette doesn't really stand out to me. ~AudreyFreak

So I watched it... and it's actually pretty, except for the colors, but that's kinda acceptable despite on when did they do SB. I can't say the same about TLM. poca's is way thêm beautiful! I like SB but not from phim hoạt hình perspective. it only fulfills half a part of the phim hoạt hình - deisgn. The movements are stiff and unnatural. The forest is still, no wind, no rustling, cỏ looks like a green carpet. Birds are beautiful. All the side characters have this depthless movement. Kings and guards and goons of Maleficent. The elements are all without depth - the rooms in castle, not a drape moves, ngọn lửa, chữa cháy in Aurora's room is flat. Even Samson's movements are too dull. It isn't about have a dark color palette but it just falls flat in the real phim hoạt hình part. I bet the storybook would of its frame would be phenomenal. Poca has thêm natural, thêm thought-through animation. The nature is just flawlessly animated, the sun rays, the flowers, the birds, the fall. Oh, I'm so incredibly happy Sleeping Beauty managed to win this countdown! I've always thought it had the most beautiful phim hoạt hình of any Disney movie. những người hâm mộ liked that it resembles a painting, and while some didn't like its dark and foreboding atmosphere others đã đưa ý kiến that they really enjoyed that aspect.

Oh god. This is really difficult. Both have such stunning phim hoạt hình that they could be considered equal. I lean slightly towards Sleeping Beauty because the phim hoạt hình is thêm unique and eccentric and I think the characters are animated slightly better. I agree with MaidofOrleans that the darkness makes sense in this movie. Pocahontas has stunning bright màu sắc and it's REALLY hard to put multi, bright màu sắc together and make them look good so các điểm thưởng to that. In fact, Disney thought Pocahontas would do better than Lion King, so they put the A-animators to work on Pocahontas and the B-animators to do Lion King, which explains for Pocahontas impressive animation. Especially in màu sắc of the Wind, so artsy with the màu sắc and Native American-inspired things added to the art. I find that Sleeping Beauty has very smooth, quality animation. Pocahontas' is not as smooth nor as pleasant to look at. For me, this is an easy pick. :D ~ApplesauceDoctr
Oh god. This is really difficult. Both have such stunning phim hoạt hình that they could be considered equal. I lean slightly towards Sleeping Beauty because the phim hoạt hình is thêm unique and eccentric and I think the characters are animated slightly better. I agree with MaidofOrleans that the darkness makes sense in this movie. Pocahontas has stunning bright màu sắc and it's REALLY hard to put multi, bright màu sắc together and make them look good so các điểm thưởng to that. In fact, Disney thought Pocahontas would do better than Lion King, so they put the A-animators to work on Pocahontas and the B-animators to do Lion King, which explains for Pocahontas impressive animation. Especially in màu sắc of the Wind, so artsy with the màu sắc and Native American-inspired things added to the art. I already made one on hát so I thought I'd di chuyển on to speaking..sooo yeah..This will probably be really short since I can't say much other than "ew bạn suck" hoặc "you're pretty cool", so I decided to just do descriptions under the pictures because it's so much easier that way. Oh yeah and I'm not including Anna/Elsa since sorting out eleven voices is hard enough and I can't figure out where I'd place them. 11. Mulan-Finally a list that doesn't have Belle or Ariel at the bottom. Her voice is the only one that slightly annoys me. I just don't find it very emotional or interesting.
10. Belle-Well, Belle can only go so high when I'm making a list, but I'm really not being bias. Her voice still has a bit of annoyance to it and it doesn't really fit the character imho.
9. Ariel-Now we're to the voices I like. Ariel's voice is nice, but she has a bit of an accent that I don't really like. It's pretty expressive though.
8. Pocahontas-The only list you won't find Pocahontas high on. I love her movie, her personality, her beauty, her music, but her voice is just alright. It's not very expressive in my opinion, but it can convey excitement and anger, which I like.
7. Rapunzel-She's got a nice voice. Very expressive, very emotional, very wispy. It's just too typical to me. Her voice isn't anything unique compared to the ones above her.
6. Tiana-Tiana deserves a place in the top 5, but she just barely missed out. Now we're to the voices I LOVE. Tiana's voice is so rich and emotional. I really love it.
5. Merida-Merida's reached my top 5 for something! I love Merida's voice. It's so unique, so expressive. I can tell when she's sad or happy without even watching her.
4. Cinderella-I wanted to put her lower, but her voice is just so calming. It's like honey and I just love the way people spoke back in the olden days.
3. Aurora-My top 3 are far and away my favorites. I just love Aurora's voice. The maturity, the emotion, the pefectness of it is just so amazing. Her voice really fits her character.
2. Jasmine-I've recently become obsessed with Jasmine's voice. I literally spent an entire day just listening to her voice over and over again. While it's starting to wear off, I still love it. It's a bit nasally, but I love it anyway.
1. Snow White-I'm sure by now you all have seen my obsession with Snow White blossom recently. I'm basically obsessed with all things Snow White, and her voice is no different. HER LAUGH AHH. Her voice is just the sweetest thing I've ever heard.
