I turned 40 recently and it made me realize all the heartaches I've been through are all part of me moving on.

I regret being attached to literally everything, but slowly with time I learned to focus on self care and my mental health
I Mất tích many loved ones and now my mom is sick with kidney failure it feel like she's already gone because she is in giường all the time and barely talks.

Start now it is never late.

Your youth is fading each ngày so try your best to make your ngày worth living

NectariaKiritsi Oh my goodness! That's so sad to hear that you have lost many loved ones and I hope your mother is alright. But don't worry you have many friends which including myself if you consider me as one. :') Also, I'm going to say that you're doing very well with anything that I have seen from you, so yes, great work. :)
