When bạn get cramps from your bạn know what, how do bạn handle it?

Like what do bạn do? I got it in school and had massive cramps and had to go home.

When we get cramps, it's different for each and everyone of us. I've known some people who, when they get cramps hurt so bad that they have to take medicine to keep them from falling to the ground. I guess the best thing to do is to consult a doctor to see what ur body actually needs.

I get a cơm, gạo pack I know sounds wierd, but its a bít tất, sock with cơm, gạo in it, and bạn just heat it and up I put it on my stomache and its helps, If I am at school I just get a midol and drink lots of water.

My sister, on the other hand, cramps really bad and she can't do anything but lie down and cry. If she takes midol, she gets sick later. Sometimes I wish I could switch places with her so she wouldn't have to go through that.

Well, if it's a school day, I personally just stay trang chủ from school. Mine always starts in the morning, so I know right away if I have it. I don't want to sound like a wimp who can't handle pain, but I don't even try to go to school. Ibuprofen hoặc Advil doesn't work for me, because I also get lots of nausea along with cramps (so it basically feels like the equivalent of the stomach flu). Exercise doesn't help either because any type of physical activity, including simple tasks like walking, makes me feel like I'm going to throw up. It may sound stupid, but I really can't do anything. bạn should be on birth control pills to make your periods lighter. Mine were exactly like that when i started my period at 13 and they put me on bc pills. Ever since they aren't thêm than 4-5 days and much lighter & less painful.

A plastic bottle with hot water placed on ur abdomen. Or- sit with ur face down on your belly,on the bed. Don't eat sugars just lots of liquids,fruits and vegetables. Try not to take pills for every minor pain. The body gets used 2 them,and in time u can become imune to medicines. So when bạn will really need it, these pills will be useless. If the crams are too painfull get up and take a walk.
