Niizuma Eiji from Bakuman. This guy is a genius. He is mentally retarded sometimes with all the squeaky noises and screeches he makes when he's trying to draw manga. He is the antagonist of the series as he competes with the two protagonists of the series in making manga but he is the most lovable character in the series. Think of him as Eiichiro Oda's incarnation in an anime, only weirder and creepier. Sometimes he may act as the most intelligent being of the anime but the craziest too. Can't get enough of this guy.

Touko seems like just an insecure novelist, but she actually has Multiple Personalities, her other personality being an insane serial killer. Of course, this serial killer only kills men that she finds attractive.
