I prefer heat over cold. Summer is my 2nd fave season and winter's my least favourite...So, you can see the big difference. Plus, I don't wanna wake up with a nasty cough (I'm suffering cough and cold currently)

Salt spas really help people with lung or allergy conditions. I went to a salt cave recently and by the time I left, my allergies were relieved sooo much!
