Correct me if I am wrong on this....

When something unfortunate happens to a female/woman, it automatically illicits sympathy and support. Now when something unfortunate happens to a male/man, it is quite often view as a laughing matter/comedy

That depends on who you're asking this to. Some people feel that way because mainly they are sexist but there's alot who'd give emotional support to a man and laugh at a woman.

For me it depends on the situation and who it's happening to as far as their character. If I deem đã đưa ý kiến person deserve such unfortunate thing. I'd laugh in a một phút for an example but really it depends on the situation and person for which kind of reaction will most likely transpire.

Well.... the media makes it appear so, and it does happen in some real cases. However....

Not always. I know that there are people who hate women, some who hate men. Hatred exists in all humans, regardless of gender, race hoặc age.

Basically, even though it APPEARS to be one-sided, it isn't. The media only lets us see what it WANTS us to see.

Well, some like the special các câu lạc bộ for women shout for erasing gender inequality, and , I find , that they are the most prominent ones to shout if anything unfortunate happens to any woman
Men, as u said, don't get so much limelight on them in their tragic situations...............so, isn't it a gender inequality?
The media , too, always highlights the problems of women
Being a girl, I think, to erase gender inequalities in the true sense, we should not only shout for better oppurtunities and freedom for women, but also try to make them as strong and independent like men

Looking upon what happens here in my homeland, India, I say bạn are absolutely correct..............everyone here shows sympathy for a woman even after long time after the unfortunate situation
I find it comical, because if they stopped hiển thị sympathy so much, the victim may have forgotten the situation bởi then

Honestly I haven't personally come across a situation like that.

But it happens, yes. Only morons would encourage such behaviour.

If something bad happens to a person, it's just that. Something bad happened. You'd be a fool to react differently to the situation just because the person is male hoặc female.

You're not wrong. People make jokes about it as if the horrible things that happen to women couldn't happen to men. It can. I've been đọc a lot of stories on the unfortunate incidents that happen to male/men, and they're usually true. I don't get why anyone would think it were a laughing matter. It's not a joke.

It depends on the situation. Most of the time I would not laugh, at either a guy hoặc a girl.

However, if the guy is causing trouble - school, store, library, etc. and someone puts him in his place I would laugh. I have not had the experience of the girls diễn xuất up as badly as they guys - they usually listen when an adult tells them to settle down. But, if it got that far out of hand with a girl and had to be told off - then I would probably laugh.

No, I was referring to them being told off if they are diễn xuất up - I would laugh at that - usually I prefer the Librarian (or person in authority) to do the telling off - and once that happens I laugh because there is peace once more.
