But the fact that Mark wouldn't even think to include a freaking PHONE CALL, EMAIL, LETTER, or anything from Lucas?!? That's just bizarre to me. It's not like it would even be the least bit difficult to write that kind of scene into the show. Mark has just turned lazy, period. And he has shifted his attention more towards the secondary characters of the show. Ridiculous. I can't wait to see how unrealistic it is when neither Lucas or Peyton return for their best friend's wedding, either. I'm sure they'll be stuck on a boat in the middle of the ocean somewhere lol. It's not that easy - even if he was in LA (still in the country) it wouldn't have been that easy to go to NC... It's understandable! I would have loved to see them there, but it was really hard to happen! But yes... 	Dansea08 picked Yes.: An email or a phone call would have been sufficent but noooo that couldn't even happen.Just because HB and CMM are no longer a part of the show does NOT mean the characters they portrayed never existed.Haley and Lucas had a life-long friendship that was incredibly meaningful and personally for me one of the best parts about this show.So when Haley lost her mom to cancer and when through that horrible ordeal afterwards the writers couldn't even mention Lucas? I understand that Chad doesn't want to come back and he's moved on with his life but he doesn't have to come back for them to mention Lucas in a scene. Its just ridiculous how they forget to mention Lucas and Peyton when they're loved ones are going through an important stage in their life. I'm sure they were depressed over their mother's passing too but I guess not enough to get in contact.... It's also dumb how Brooke could get engaged and not contact her best friend.
