I really understand you!
But think... If bạn tell him, in the worst case he'll reject you, he'll break ur heart...
BUT, if bạn don't tell him, you'll spend ur whole life wondering what would have happened if bạn would have told him the truth... you'll never actually get over him :S
Trust me, it will hurt thêm than a heartbreak.
And with your parents, well, explain that bạn really like this guy and that you're GROWING UP. You're not the kid bạn used to be, and they are afraid to loose you. Explain them this will never happen :)
Also remember that they're doing this because they tình yêu bạn so don't start screaming at them(like i do ;) )
