How do i tell him i like him????

Theres this guy i like, he knows i like him, but ive never told him to his face, and its as if hes waiting for me to make the tiếp theo move, hes really cute, and emo, and im goth, and i dont know what to do, he is flirting and stuff, but is it enough???
