Awkward much?

OK so after school today one of my closest guy friend's(which is my crushes friend) came up to me and hugged me and my crush(which is also another one of my closest guy friends) walked out of the school(we were near the door)and he saw us hugging and I looked at him just as he came out. He looked shocked and a little sad when he saw us and I wasn't expecting him to react like that. He might think me and the other guy are dating but were not! Any help hoặc suggestions?
