PLEASE ANSWER GUY TROUBLE!!!!!!!!!!

Ok to begin with first I was dating this kid named adam and then we broke up In December and then I started dating this kid named Aidan and we have gone out two times before so this would be out third time dating but anyways I recently started liking adam again alot but I still really like Adian but I don't know who I like thêm and Adam knows I don't like Aidan as much as I used to because I like tell him everything but he doesn't know that I like him and I don't want to brake up with Aidan because it would make him soooo sad cause he likes me alot! And I don't know what to do cause either way there is gonna be pain and I know I'm supposed to listen to my tim, trái tim hoặc my gut hoặc some Vidal organ but I can't so please leave a response who do u think I should be with leave as long as a response as u would like!!!!!
