How would answer this câu hỏi "What did I do to make bạn tình yêu me"?

Guys I'm in an exigent need for an answer to that question. I know bạn are all going to tell me to say what i feel and what i like the most about this person and what he/she makes me feel, but i can't 'cause i know that this câu hỏi is not meant to be answered, it's like saying "why do bạn tình yêu me I've never done anything to bạn that would make bạn fall in tình yêu with me".
I'm confused, I'm not sure about anything I just want to answer this câu hỏi with a little bit of wisdom and philosophy, so i figured i come to bạn guys, any answer is welcome. please feel free to say anything. Thanks
