Well tình yêu is a crazy thing.It makes us feel a certain way and makes us do crazy things,but the reson why we should wait is that moment when bạn know that wonderful feeling that bạn tình yêu someone and that person loves bạn back,and when that person is not with bạn bạn ache just to see them.Thats why.
I think that no matter how many relationships bạn go through and how hard bạn work to get them, they will not last if the moment is right. In my opinion moment is right means to me to be in a stable state in my life and have no other commitments which limits time with your partner.. So when all bạn loose ends aren't there, then it is the right moment.. Only when the moment is right, will bạn be able to accept and enjoy love... If this is not clear sorry..
