I was just rewatching the episode 12 of the third season (the one where house talks to the Rape victim), and I realized that the old guy that Cameron was caring for bore a slight resemblance to Tritter. Then I heard that he had Lung Cancer, and I couldn't help but think back to Tritter's smoking addiction. Then the REAL smoking gun came when he said he was trying to freak Cameron out so that someone would remember him, inferring that Cameron would know who he is.
