HHOW's goldenheart posted a transcript about something Hugh said about the last six episodes [of "House" this year] towards the end of an interview he did to promote Monsters vs Aliens:

"'The last six shows it gets pretty extreme. And very ambitious and I'm nervous because, as I say it's ambitious and we're taking risks but I'm also very excited because I think it could be some of the best stuff we've done.'"
