Thanks for trying. I think I figured it out though. They haven't used it yet, but they're planning to. "Got To Be More Careful" by Jon Cleary was on the soundtrack but not used until Unfaithful.

"Got to be More Careful" was used in season one, during the Vogler arc (though I don't remember the exact episode...I want to say it may have been the one where House tried to fire Chase).

I dunno about "Dear God"...maybe it was just one that was put on the soundtrack but not actually used on the show? I don't remember hearing it in an episode and it is missing from the sites that have the songs listed.

Maybe they reused songs?
