Sana from Kodomo no Omocha spies on, stalks, bullies, & blackmails Akito (because she's a total spaz who likes to stick her nose in other people's businesses). She eventually starts to warm up to him after she finds out he had a shitty childhood. He falls for her after she shames his family, but she does not return his feelings at all, at least as far as I've gotten.
